These Terms apply to consulting, evaluation, advisory, sales-support and related services supplied by PE CHABAN DMYTRO.

The exact service, deliverables, format, timing, price and client responsibilities are defined in a quotation, invoice, proposal, contract or confirmed correspondence.
2. Agreement
An agreement is formed when the client accepts the proposed scope and price in writing, pays an invoice where prepayment is required, or signs a separate contract.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in the applicable quotation or invoice. Bank and intermediary charges are borne as specified in the invoice or, if unspecified, by the payer.
4. Nature of advice
Recommendations are professional opinions based on the information, samples and context available at the time. They do not guarantee commercial performance, consumer response or regulatory approval.
5. Confidentiality
Non-public client information is treated confidentially and used for the agreed engagement, subject to legal obligations and any separate NDA.
